Miso Ginger Salmon Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Cooked rice
  • Cucumber, radish, scallions, and sesame

Method

  1. Whisk miso, ginger, honey, and a splash of water into a glaze.
  2. Brush salmon and roast until just cooked through.
  3. Build bowls with rice, vegetables, salmon, and sesame.
  4. Spoon extra glaze over the top before serving.

Chef note

Pull the salmon while the center is still glossy; carryover heat will finish it.
