Miso Ginger Salmon Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Cooked rice
- Cucumber, radish, scallions, and sesame
Method
- Whisk miso, ginger, honey, and a splash of water into a glaze.
- Brush salmon and roast until just cooked through.
- Build bowls with rice, vegetables, salmon, and sesame.
- Spoon extra glaze over the top before serving.
Chef note
Pull the salmon while the center is still glossy; carryover heat will finish it.
